RETURN POLICY

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, return it to us for an exchange or refund, subject to the following terms. For a full refund, return or send your merchandise back to us at:

IMPORTANT RETURN INFORMATION

  • We refund any merchandise in resalable condition with a copy of your original invoice to the original payment method if mailed to the address listed above.
  • If your order was purchased using PayPal and returned to us with your original invoice, a Merchandise Credit will be issued.
  • e-Checks may only be refunded in cash 10 days after the purchase date
  • Accessories (such as belts, rings, necklaces, bracelets) cannot be exchanged or refunded at any time
  • Shipping fees are NON-REFUNDABLE
  • Customer is responsible for ALL shipping fees during return process.

EXCHANGE POLICY

We exchange any merchandise in resalable condition with a copy of your original invoice. List the items you want to exchange on your invoice and send the items back to:

You are responsible for return shipping costs. Do not send any additional payment, such as a check, to cover a price difference for an exchange. Your original payment method will be charged or credited when the exchange is processed. Any additional method of payment will not be processed and will be returned to you by mail.

QUALITY OF YOUR MERCHANDISE

If you believe that your merchandise is faulty, damaged, or does not correspond to its description on our website, email us at [email protected], or call us at 1-860-281-1545.

RETURN / EXCHANGE TIME FRAME

Upon receipt of your return, allow up to two weeks for the credit to appear on your payment card statement.

SHIPPING & HANDLING

All orders are shipped within 1-3 business days of placing an order. The date you receive your order will depend on the shipping method you select. The following shipping methods are currently available:

USPS Priority Mail: 2-4 business days (Continental U.S.)

USPS Express Mail: 1-3 business days (Continental U.S.)

IMPORTANT

  • We currently ship to the continental U.S, Canada and other international countries
  • International purchasers should contact us first before placing an order. Email us at [email protected] for shipping quote
  • International purchasers are responsible for any import taxes at customs
  • Shipping and billing addresses must be valid U.S. addresses (no P.O. Box addresses)
  • Your billing address must exactly match the location where your credit card bill is sent
  • For orders that contain multiple items, you may receive each item separately, on different dates
